If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
- Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
- No refunds after 14 days.
- There is no refund on outlet items.
- All goods must arrive in their original, unused and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
To return an item purchased through goincase.com.au or incase.co.nz:
Firstly email our Support Team to get your return approved:
Pack the item in the original packaging. The product must have original packaging with no tags or labels removed.
Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.
Include your name and contact details with the parcel.
We will provide you the address to ship the goods to.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can request an RMA, or find out if you are eligible for a return, by contacting us at Contact Us. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed.
